Our buildings are communities. They are the environments that shape how our students study, interact with friends, cook, eat, exercise, play – and learn to live away from home, many for the first time.
The genesis of B.HOM Student Living came about naturally. Our clients expressed a growing desire to invest in the student housing market, and B.HOM Student Living had the operating platform to support this niche service. We married our long-standing platform with one of the most well-respected, singularly-focused, student housing leaders in the industry to develop what we believe is a specialized management team.
