North Perimeter Contractors, LLC (“NPC”) serves as the general contractor for the Transform 285/400 Interchange Improvement Project. NPC is a subsidiary of Ferrovial Agroman US. The NPC team will utilize local and diverse contractors and consultants throughout each phase of the project. NPC is dedicated to supporting and improving the local economy by employing local firms to construct and provide professional services for the Transform 285/400 Interchange Improvement Project. Providing meaningful participation for local firms, including DBE firms, is fundamental to our success and the success of our projects. We provide outreach bonding/insurance assistance, mentoring and on-the-job program opportunities.
