As the writer for a thriving - and growing - team in the Institutional Retirement division of Capital Group, you will play a critical role in a program designed to engage retirement plan participants and help them plan for a better retirement. You will collaborate with team members to help develop strategies that target different groups of participants and align with business goals, and then write original content, conducting necessary research and developing creative messaging that will engage and inspire. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
