Operations Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:High School diploma or equivalent. Training and Experience: Minimum of Associate Degree in communication, photography, writing, or equivalent and three (3) years of experience or expertise in either: Highly Desirable: Public affairs, photography or journalism experience. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and draft unit and commander documentation of events; and organize community engagement plans and media operations support. Skills should include camera equipment usage, use of editing software, accessories, lighting, and composition; capable of responsibility for capturing accurate and comprehensive imagery of events and individuals for documentation and information use. General Skills:Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision. Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Security Clearance:Must currently possess an active Secret security clearance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
