Title: Intelligence Management Specialist

Location: Fort Meade, MD area

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and advise on health insurance requirements and recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective health insurance products, whether through a group or individual plan; and to manage, and track cost expenditures related to health insurance plans or health insurance support
  • Perform data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions
  • Create reports, information papers, briefings, and ensure all designated actions are recorded and produce metric reports as directed
  • Draft information papers and briefings as required
  • Conduct briefings and attend staff-level meetings when requested
  • Develop training materials and train all audiences on the health-related products available and processes and procedures required for their acquisition
  • Travel to facilitate mission and provide briefings
  • Manage, track, and process all health insurance related claims submitted; coordinate with customers and insurance providers to acquire or maintain acquisition of health insurance products via in person, e-mail, or telephonic communication
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track customers processed
  • Perform daily reconciliation and assurance of database accuracy of customers' health insurance policy and claims
  • Respond to daily incoming health insurance related queries and assist employees of supported units/organizations with any issues related to their health insurance policies and claims
  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting, assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and build read ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings, and provide cross-domain data transfer and dissemination support
  • Assist in the management of small business subcontracting plans, flowing down appropriate prime contract and agency regulations



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum of eight (8) years of experience related to the specific labor category; at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years. An additional four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph
