The Vendor Management Program Analyst will support the Vendor Management Office (VMO) in managing enterprise-wide adherence to vendor management policies. For our organization to continue to extract the most value from vendor relationships, the Vendor Management Program Analyst will focus on vendor monitoring and standardizing oversight practices for value creation. To accomplish this, the Vendor Management Program Analyst will assist the Head of VMO with strategic sourcing, vendor due diligence, contract and expense management. The Vendor Management Program Analyst will be responsible for applying vendor oversight procedures that reduce risk and drive performance. Working closely with various departments across the organization to track, monitor, and review key vendor metrics, the Vendor Management Program Analyst will report and action on this data to help drive better vendor relationships and selection, performance, and efficiency.
Manage the day-to-day administration of vendor management software to ensure that key vendor metrics (e.g., contract milestones, performance, profiles) are current.

What's in it for you? The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $88,300 - $115,000. annually. This position is hybrid requiring 3 days in our Frederick, Maryland office. The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 8% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 15 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
