Work Schedule:

100% FTE. Day Shift. Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours can be flexible. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator - Pharmacy 340B to:



  • Ensure that the 340B pharmacy program is continuously compliant with 340B federal regulations
  • Review completed audits, identifying compliance gaps and creating tools to be used to mitigate future gaps
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy, Compliance, and 340B to develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly audit metrics
  • Address customer concerns and complaints as they arise
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures

Education:

Minimum -



  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, or another relevant field
  • 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below


Preferred -

Work Experience:

Minimum -



  • 2 years of healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, or related experience
  • 1 year of 340B experience


Preferred -



  • 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Buyer, Analyst, or Auditor
  • 3 years of experience in progressively advanced analytic and project leadership roles in healthcare or equivalent advanced education



Certifications:

Preferred -

Advanced 340B Operations Certificate (340B ACE)
