What this job involves: JLL is seeking a GMP Lab Support Tech to join our team. This position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at a client site. This role provides a wide variety of support services to the client's quality control laboratories. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

Under supervision/coaching, this includes stocking of consumables in GMP labs, cleaning of CTU's on site vendor escorting and coordination of equipment calibration and repair send out. Have necessary skills to communicate with Facilities Management & Engineering department representatives, and all internal and external customers. Support Pharmaceutical/Biotech goals and lab department's business initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Maintain intermediate to high computer skills necessary to access CMMS work order system, update equipment history, and access parts/material inventory management system.
Comply with all regulations and GXP documentation while performing services in applicable areas.
Perform cleaning of controlled temperature units and BSCs.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment within the laboratory and office.
Receive and check incoming supplies against specifications, store items in proper locations and containment, and issue them against properly approved requisitions.
Deliver materials, chemicals, and supplies to laboratories or laboratory supply cabinets/points of use as appropriate.
Performs other duties within Lab Services department as requested by management.
Comply with all JLL, customer company policies, and adhere to JLL company standards.

Work Schedules: The standard work schedule consists of an 8-hour shifts. Monday to Friday. Employees are expected to commence their workday at either 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Previous work in a GMP or GLP regulated environment is preferred.
Pharmaceutical/Biotech manufacturing research facilities experience is preferred.
Experience with Maximo, Rio a plus!

Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in various computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications skills required.
Must have a safety mindset while completing assigned tasks and directing outside vendors.
Must be a team player, committed to customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

$24.00 - $26.00 USD Hourly

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
