The School of Medicine is excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner in the Hospitalist Division of the Department of Medicine. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our patient-centered care team. (This position is linked to Job ID 53891 - Physician Assistant Specialty Care and the department is filling multiple roles for this position) Key Responsibilities: * Provide independent medical support services on inpatient floors, collaborating with physicians and hospital staff to promote team-based care. Shift Type: Typically, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with the ability to be flexible when needs arise Minimum Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing degree. Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. Must be granted a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Board of Nursing. Preferred Qualifications
Possess a specialty certificate by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), the Pediatric Certification Nursing Board (PCNB), or the National Certification Corporation (NCC). Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department. Anticipated Hiring Range
