Pay: $92400 - $134000 / year + 10% annual target bonus
Schedule: M - F; 8a - 5p (on-call as needed) Location: Milpitas, CA What this job involves - Under direction of the Regional Facilities Manager, the Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management across several buildings within the region, with the primary focus of a client owned commercial facility located in San Jose. A strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, HSSE, R&M/PMs for an owned facility, and best practices. Responsible for ensuring client and tenant satisfaction by maintaining a high-level of standards and meeting their specific needs. Committed to delivering exceptional service and aligning operations with client goals, ensuring seamless integration, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. What is your day to day? Lead all aspects of Integrated Facilities Management(IFM)by providingleadership, responsiveness and creativity that develops and maintains a positiveclientrelationship. Strong working knowledge of HSSE, building systems (BMS systems, HVAC, Fire Panels etc.), compliance, PM schedules and R&M for large, owned facilities. Develop and implement KPIs to measure and optimize facility performance. Oversee the implementation of short and long-term projects guided by the client's objective to reduce short and long-term operating costs. Driveclient CSR initiatives and identify ways toincrease sustainable practices. Contribute to the account KPI's and SLA's. Manage vendor relationships ensuring sites are receiving quality service and staying on budget. SupportOperational Compliance Program (OCP)completionand HSSE compliance. Maintenance management - Ensure data accuracy of computerized maintenance management system Desired experience and technical skill Required: 5+ year's facility management experience Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Ability to maintain professionalism at all timesunder stressful situations. Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices Proficient inMS Office Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent |
