Join our Rogue Valley Youth Correctional Facility as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)! The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide mental and behavioral health treatment and service. You will join a team of professionals to develop and maintain the treatment milieu for the assigned living unit(s) and support and maintain a dynamic environment that moves youth through a developmental and reformative process that promotes the acceptance of responsibility, healthy habits, productive lifestyle, and socially acceptable conduct. In cooperation with the Living Unit Manager (LUM), the Skills Development Coordinator, and unit Case Coordinator (CC), the QMHP provides leadership to their assigned living unit and across facility units for implementing and sustaining evidence-based intervention in a group living environment.
