Summary of Position Functions The Project Engineer III is responsible for the identification and development of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs) that are the basis of Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects. The position requires an innovative solutions-oriented engineer. Leadership is required to work within the project development to fully develop the solutions and stay on schedule. High importance is placed on communication skills to convey the solutions with accurate scopes of work, existing conditions, energy savings, and M&V plan. Essential Position Functions
