Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Sabey Construction Inc., is recruiting a Superintendent to join their growing team in Ashburn, VA. With more than 20 years of industry experience and three million square feet of mission-critical space, they are the largest privately-owned multi-tenant data center owner/operator in the USA and are proud to provide data center services to many of the world's top financial, technology, media, and healthcare companies. Sabey's data center portfolio includes data center campuses in Austin, Ashburn, New York City, Seattle, and two in Central Washington. https://sabey.com/construction/ The importance this role has in our organization: The Superintendent ensures the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. This position may supervise and coordinate various contractors to ensure contract compliance and will supervise and coordinate trade work. The Superintendent will report to the General Superintendent. Your contribution will likely be: Provides input for the preparation and produces the project construction schedule. Advises supervisor of changes in the project construction that significantly impacts project schedule.
