Discover your exciting role

The Global Document Control Coordinator is responsible for
coordinating the activities of the Exyte Quality Management
System document control, including distributing and reviewing
controlled documents, filing, maintenance, and inventory of
hardcopy and electronic files and tracking, and reporting on
document review progress. The Global Document Control
Coordinator will work with subject matter experts on technical
subjects to prepare controlled documents, which conform, to
Exyte Document Control Procedure.


Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions in the
    preparation, review, approval and distribution of
    document
  • Attend functional meetings and prepares meeting notes
  • Review all the QMS documents to ensure compliance with
    Exyte requirements
  • Maintain SharePoint QMS Documentation site (Codification,
    working in progress sites, public library, metadata review, QMS
    controlled documents index, etc.)
  • Interact with IT to review and improve the Document Control
    process.
  • Communicate documentation updates to all the Regional Areas
    and GBUs.
  • Perform training related to document control when required.
  • Support the functions in the training related to document
    control, including the preparation document reading list when
    required.
  • Other duties as assigned related to the improvement of the
    SharePoint QMS Documentation site.


Show your expertise

  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel,
    Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Working knowledge in SharePoint
  • Experience in Construction, Engineering, or related
    industries preferred
