JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Provide instruction to youth participating in sport-specific camps. Develop age-appropriate activities and effectively lead staff and campers. Establish objectives for each session they are leading. Understand and implement the objectives and goals of the camp. Provide supervision to participants involved in the camps. Identify and mitigate any possible safety issues. Supervision may extend from the participation venue to the housing, commons areas, dining room, and all other areas on campus throughout the duration of the program. Duties may also require applicants to help set-up and tear down facilities. Required to have the three publicly available clearances required by state law. Required to complete Annual Compliance, Mandated Reporter trainings. Must be at least 18 and be a professional coach or have experience at coaching at college, or High School level Background Requirements: The following background checks must be successfully completed for this position: This position will require successful completion of PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
