The IT Business Systems Analyst - II participates in initiatives of all sizes across the supported Business Function. You are a self-starting individual with an aptitude for creative and critical thinking. You use your business expertise and enjoy collaborating with partners and helping implement positive change.

You contribute to solutions that follow good data design and create insightful data visualizations to drive adoption and functionality of the entire Microsoft M365 environment for the business to utilize.

You love to collaborate with techies and subject matter experts to add to the vision. You balance tradeoffs with partners between development time, usability, and performance needs. You think critically, deliver, and execute effectively and collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT peers. You nurture positive, professional relationships, acting as a trusted teammate and a respectful challenger.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Support of all M365 products, including but not limited to SharePoint Sites, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview and Copilot.
  • SharePoint Online, site creation, permissions management, and content management.
  • Microsoft Teams, including team creation, channel management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
  • OneDrive for Business, ensuring proper configuration, synchronization, and data security.
  • Administer Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including app creation, workflow automation, and data integration.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for all M365 desktop, web, and mobile apps.
  • Change Management to implement M365 products and drive adoption across the organization by creating and delivering training videos, podcasts and documentation in person, online & with large audiences.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Capturing and documenting business needs and support creative solutions. Deliver functional and technical requirements to development teams.
  • Assist decision makers by creating and modifying insightful data visualizations and reporting to contribute to impactful business decisions.
  • Contributes to projects in consultation with IT Security, Infrastructure Team, Business Owners, and Vendors. Implement projects through each phase as an active participant
  • Ensures that all deliverables are completed in accordance with Project Management methodology; clearly and frequently communicates the status
  • Participate in the future of business Systems while engaging and participating in System / Product selection & evaluation.
  • Assist in defining, testing, and performing quality assurance to keep the business Systems current & reliable
  • Perform operational activities on projects and enhancements, including monitoring resource needs, preparing documentations, status reports, key issues and/or change controls.
  • Support the overall health of business systems at CF through system issue tracking and cross-functional alignment.
Internal Controls
  • Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements.
  • Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.
  • Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.

Incumbent Attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science) or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.
  • Years of experience: 3+ years of related professional work experience may be preferred to complete all essential job functions
  • Microsoft 365 certifications: (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, AZ-900, MS-100 or higher) are a plus.
  • Other unique job-relevant attributes:
    • SharePoint Data Migrations
    • SharePoint List & Document Management
    • Some experience of and participation in the change process, attending change board as a representative
    • Developing Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
    • Basic Business test execution and planning/coordination experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
    • Ability to learn, demonstrate and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT Service with Business goals
    • Professional Online Meeting Presence with camera always on.

Position Scope/Contribution

  • Decision-Making Authority: Decisions are governed by established policies and procedures within normal job duties based on prior similar situations and precedents. Seeks guidance and decision-making from supervisor or lead for exceptions.
  • Financial Accountability: Decisions made may impact profit or loss however decisions are governed by organizational policies and not personal independent actions.
  • Strategic Influence: Does not impact strategic and operational planning and execution.

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $66,300 - $87,500

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
