We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PC Technical Support Technician for an opening in Beloit, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for following detailed documentation to build machines, preparing them for deployment as part of a Go Live Project, and providing ongoing support throughout this critical phase. Key Responsibilities: * *Troubleshoot PC-related issues:* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently to minimize downtime. * *Follow detailed instructions:* Adhere to provided documentation while also being proactive in learning and adapting to new processes. * *Establish and refine build processes:* Play a key role in creating and improving the procedures for building and deploying machines. * *Identify procedural gaps:* Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. * *Adapt to evolving project needs:* Retain important information and adjust to changing project requirements as necessary. Required Skills: * *Technical support:* Provide expert assistance to users experiencing technical issues. * *Imaging:* Create and deploy system images for new and existing machines. * *Deployment:* Manage the rollout of new hardware and software across multiple locations. * *Troubleshooting:* Effectively diagnose and fix technical problems. * *Support:* Offer ongoing help desk support to ensure user satisfaction. * *Migration:* Assist with the migration of data and applications to new systems. * *Installation:* Install and configure hardware and software as needed. * *Help desk support:* Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues. * *Desktop support:* Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems. * *Customer service:* Deliver exceptional service to all users, ensuring their technical needs are met. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * *Proven experience in PC troubleshooting:* Demonstrable ability to diagnose and fix PC issues. * *Ability to follow complex instructions:* Precision in following detailed technical documentation. * *Eagerness to learn:* A strong desire to understand and master new technical processes. * *Process optimization:* Experience or interest in identifying procedural gaps and optimizing workflows for efficiency. *Benefits Information:* Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
