HR Principal Solution Architect

The Principal Solution Architect is a key member of the HR Technology team at Alnylam.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of SAP SuccessFactors, Alnylam's HRIS. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in optimizing our SAP system to meet our business and talent objectives, while keeping Alnylam on the forefront of innovative HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary technical resource on SAP SuccessFactors.
* Lead architecture discussions, influence technical decisions, and ensure alignment on roadmaps.
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive the implementation of SAP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration activities.
* Have an in-depth understanding of SAP product capabilities by reviewing roadmap and release notes.
* Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and IT teams. Present technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, advocating for technology solutions that drive business value.
* Maintain expertise of latest SAP industry trends and best practices. Champion innovation initiatives and propose fresh solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

* 10-12 years of experience working with global IT systems, HR systems strongly preferred.
* Expertise with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP SuccessFactors certifications strongly preferred.
* Strong client service skills with an ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Analytical with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve results.
* A cheerful outlook and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time.

Education

* Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; however, the team will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
