Job Summary

* Display effective customer service in accordance with annual satisfaction survey protocol, maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, nursing and medical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the general public.
* Proven track record of solving difficult problems; ability to handle difficult situations.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of organizational staff from front line to project leaders and organizational leaders.
* Builds and maintains a strong partnership and cohesive support with the entire hospital community.

* Prepares project plans, analyzes potential operational requirements, and identifies the steps necessary to implement the project.
* Consults and reviews with management to determine time frame, budget, specific project requirements, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
* Responsible for handling/overseeing more than one project at a time depending on scope of work of each project.
* Lead and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
* Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
* When assigned, performs quality assurance assessments, and drives continuous improvement actions for compliance with the Medical Equipment Management Program and ISO13485.
* New Business Implementation SME, including management of inventory teams, inventory software, data alignment and CMMS.
* Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of Company.

Administration
* Administration of the required software management programs.
* Documents and presents project management results through the development of criteria and reports, ensures that projects meet established objectives and creates an evaluation plan to ensure that the implementation plan achieves goals.
* Prepares reports and updates as needed, and keeps the appropriate manager informed of progress.
* Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
* Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans. Reviews project status and modifies schedules and plans as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in science, business or related subject preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted

Certified Associate Project Management Certification (CAPM) or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.

EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years' experience in the biomedical field, including project management, plus four (4) years in biomedical supervision preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid driver's license, availability to travel to customer sites within assigned territory
