JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Bryce Jordan Center Food & Beverage Department is in search of Hospitality driven, friendly, dedicated and hard-working persons committed to providing excellent customer service in a fun and fast-paced environment. We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as an individual or as part of a team. Interested persons should have the ability to follow direction accurately, work quickly and efficiently and follow policies/procedures. Interested persons should have problem solving abilities with good communication skills and the ability to react to a multitude of situations.Most positions provide a flexible schedule and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Catering Attendant -

Catering attendants offer exceptional Hospitality at all PSU Catering events by assisting in delivering and serving food & beverage, ensuring that all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout events; follow all responsible alcohol service policies; ensure your designated areas are consistently cleared of used dishes and products; adheres to all safety and sanitation policies; ability to lift up to 25lbs; ability to walk or stand for long periods of time; and most importantly be a team player with a positive, friendly attitude.

Concessions Attendants -

Seeking Concessions Attendants with Growth opportunities available (Stand Supervisors) Concession stand attendants offer superb guest services by: utilizing operating POS system to ensure quick & accurate orders filled for our guests; follow proper safety and sanitation policies; follows all responsible alcohol service policies. Other job duties include assisting with setup and clean up duties in concession stand. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Concession stands are open to serve patrons during most every event held at the Bryce Jordan Center or Pegula Club area.
