The Facilities Manager - Healthcare (FM) will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management for their assigned portfolio, assisting the Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) and the account team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role reports directly to the SFM and is responsible for a portfolio of healthcare buildings within a campus environment. The FM is accountable for the operational and financial performance of their assigned portfolio within the client's campus. This includes leading assigned team members (both directly and in a matrix environment), budgeting, financial management, forecasting, vendor performance management, collaborating with other management personnel, leading client and stakeholder relationship management, and meeting contractual KPI expectations.
Position will be Tuesday - Saturday

Job Requirements
Responsible for establishing the annual budget and tracking expenses against budget periodically as specified by Client process.
Single point of contact for daily FM operations and management of multiple buildings within the client's campus.
In a matrix environment, oversee and supervise both technical and administrative staff in the execution of maintenance and management activities.
Responsible for the performance of all team members assigned to their buildings.
Implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity.
Manage all assigned facilities to achieve KPI performance targets, monitor SLAs to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions/best practices accordingly.
Coordinates and drives fire, life safety, and environment of care compliance related outcomes for regulatory guidance (TJC, CMS, IDPH, NFPA, etc.).
Manages all Client service-related reports / communication.
Demonstrates continuous improvement on all key measurables.
In collaboration with Sourcing & Procurement, identify opportunities to deliver differentiated value through quality, innovation, or cost improvements.
Work in conjunction with Sourcing & Procurement to support client specific needs. Participate in the client's Anchor Mission commitment and JLL's diversity supplier programs, including meeting governance requirements and scorecard review for assigned portfolio.
Collaborate with Sourcing & Procurement on opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage supplier performance at property level.
In collaboration with the Director, Experience Services, focus on client and end user human experience and support the implementation of JLL Experience concepts to their assigned buildings.
Understand JLL contractual scope thoroughly and ensures all contractual commitments are always fulfilled.
Lead an assigned team of management and maintenance professionals in the execution of contract requirements.
SPOC for all JLL HR related matters for the JLL FM team assigned.
Maintain regular contact with HR for labor and employee team support, Learning & Development programs and leave planning.
Document all of HR activity as per JLL HR and WorkDay guidelines.
Responsible to represent JLL and to portray partnership management in the areas of service, performance, compliance, ethics, people, and relationship management for the assigned buildings.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis (MBA desirable)
Minimum of eight years industry experience required either in the corporate environment or third-party service provider.
Direct experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of the regulatory environment (CMS, IDPH, TJC, etc.) is desirable.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint
Proficiency in CMMS supervisory responsibilities and workflow management
Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful
