What this job involves:

As a Change Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives across various departments and projects. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Developing comprehensive change management plans and strategies
* Conducting stakeholder analysis and creating engagement plans
* Designing and delivering change-related communications across multiple channels
* Facilitating workshops and training sessions to support change initiatives
* Assessing organizational readiness for change and identifying potential risks
* Collaborating with project managers to integrate change management into project plans
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives
* Providing coaching and support to leaders and employees throughout the change process

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in change management or related roles

Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale organizational changes

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field

Change management certification

Experience in the real estate or professional services industry

Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives

Experience with change management software
