Job Summary:
We seek a candidate to contribute to clinical training for students in our APA-accredited PhD program in counseling psychology and our MPCAC-accredited M.S. program in counseling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical service provision and clinical supervision, demonstrated competence in working with diverse populations, experience teaching clinical training courses, and administrative skills to oversee training and professional development initiatives within the Counseling Psychology Training Clinic and Department of Counseling Psychology, including attending and presenting professional development seminars. Clinical research experiences and interests are desired but not required. Candidates will be able to contribute to departmental training emphasizing social justice orientations with competence to serve populations currently underserved for mental health and wellness in a broad range of settings, including but not limited to populations that differ by culture, race, language, gender, sexual identity, and social class. Responsibilities: Duties include contributions to the CPTC and Department of Counseling Psychology and may vary depending upon department needs.
