WithinourGreeley,COmanufacturingfacility-LeprinoFoodsisseekingManufacturingLeadershipDevelopmentTraineestoparticipateinourroughly12-monthintensiveprogramwhereyouwilllearntheins-and-outsofmodernmanufacturing,peopleleadership,andanindepthunderstandingofLeprino'scheeseandnutritionproductionoperations.

Uponsuccessfulcompletionoftheprogram,yourfirstroleinmanagementwillbeasaProductionSupervisorinoneofourninemanufacturingplantsacrossthecountry.TheultimateintentofthisprogramistogrowindividualsbeyondthesupervisorlevelandintofutureleaderswithinLeprino'sproductionoperations!

StartingSalary:

Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum)of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.

TraineeResponsibilities:

• Learnanddemonstratetechnical/functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills.
• Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,costsavings,andqualityimprovements.
• Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performancerecognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.
• Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.
• Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.
• Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.
• Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.
• Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,andworkforce.
• IntegrateLeprinoQualityintoallaspectsoftheprogramasevidencedbydemonstratingcontinuousimprovement,teamworkwithco-workers,distinguishedcustomerservice,andstrivingforperfection.
• Majorchallengesofthispositionaretocoordinatemanufacturingprocessvitaltomanufactureconsistenthigh-qualityproductstomeetcustomerdemands,assistleadingemployees,andrecognizeopportunitiestoimprovecheeseornutritionqualityandcost.

• Geographicflexibilityandawillingnesstorelocateforfutureassignmentsupongraduationoftheprogram.
• TheauthorizationtoworkforANYemployerintheUSwithoutsponsorshipnow,orinthefuture.
• Theabilitytospend12-monthsinoneofourthreetraininghubs(Greeley,CO;GrandRapids,MI;orLemoore,CA)beforesupervisorplacementassignmentisselected.
• Apassiontoworkinthemodernmanufacturingworld.
