Overview Carle Health is seeking additional Adult Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. Opportunity Details Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm Work with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting Possibility for in office procedures Broad scope of patients Will see continuity of care patients and acute visits Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant 1-2 years of APP experience required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community Champaign-Urbana has been defined as a micro-urban community, meaning we have many of the amenities of a much bigger city, with the feel of a smaller town.
