Macmillan Publishers is seeking an innovative and results-driven SVP of Consumer Insights, Marketing, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will lead our corporate team and collaborate with divisional marketing and corporate support groups to drive our organization's strategic evolution in consumer engagement, early and rapid reaction to trends, advertising, audience development, and all aspects of data-focused performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be adept at harnessing data and automation to develop consumer insights, streamline marketing processes, and increase sales. Their experience with advanced analytics, data science, and technological innovations in marketing will be instrumental in increasing the discoverability of our books and continuing to find new and effective ways to reach our readers. Ideal Qualifications:
This role will have an annual salary of $190k-$240k.
