The EHS function at Altium Packaging is looking for a dynamic Intern to support key business initiatives and growth. We are also looking for the intern to step in and make an impact from day one. The intern experience will be designed to provide opportunities to work directly with our operations on the following potential projects:

* Assisting Plants with verifying and updating LOTO procedures for production equipment
* Perform Industrial Hygiene Assessments: Ergonomic Assessments, implementation of Ergo improvements, Noise surveys, etc.
* Refresh the EHS SourcePoint Site, clean-up (document control), and updating written OSHA and other EHS programs
* EHS data analysis: Safety Observation (AMS and/or SOS) card inputs, injury trends, and other EHS data analysis as needed
* Assist plants with implementing EHS best practices and safety improvements; sharing lessons learned from incidents
* Assist Regional Safety Managers and Project Managers with contractor safety and pre-start up safety reviews for new equipment installations
