Our team of Field Technicians have a one-of-a-kind role that values independent work, problem solving, customer assistance, and seeing a job through from start to finish. Field Technicians can expect to travel around 70% of each month either by a company-provided car or by plane, with all expense's employer-paid (PLUS - you get to keep the travel points you accumulate for personal use!) We are looking for great people with a strong work ethic who love to work with their hands, but have the professional skills to be the face of ISCO on site. First year annual compensation ranges from $70,000 - $80,000, not including significant overtime, bonuses, standby pay, and travel hours. In addition to a great pay scale, we offer a full benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 6% employer match on retirement plan contributions!
