Summary

The Family Liaison Associate Director advances grateful family relationships through cultivation and stewardship; effectively staffs grateful family relationships as they represent the Hospital to a constituency of community, foundations, corporations, friends, and/or grateful families. The Family Liaison Associate Director provides guidance to grateful families as they work on managing key relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality events. Responsibilities include managing budgets related to grateful family work, fostering strategic partnerships, and evaluating performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Family Liaison Associate Director plays a pivotal role in crafting innovative grateful family strategies, ensuring that each encounter is impactful, brand-aligned, and meets the organization's goals and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

* Minimum of three (3) years of experience in donor relations, membership management, fundraising, or equivalent experience, with 1 year of professional experience.

* Proven track record of managing complex projects.

* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
