Job Description Summary:
Operate and maintain facility equipment and systems in compliance with regulatory requirements Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems Respond to and resolve maintenance requests efficiently Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment Monitor and optimize building performance and energy efficiency Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and vendors Participate in emergency response and building inspections Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory Contribute to continuous improvement of facility operations Key Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical training or trade school preferred Minimum 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance and operations Strong technical skills in at least one area: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Central Plant Operations Universal CFC certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Valid driver's license Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Commitment to safety and continuous learning This role offers opportunities for professional growth within JLL's supportive and innovative work environment, along with competitive benefits and potential for flexible work arrangements. | |
