About the Team

Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our editorial counterparts to make our website, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids' brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing and Photo Studio to name a few! About the Role

The Senior Designer will strategize to design and produce innovative marketing assets for email, social and web campaigns.

This is a hybrid role - 4 days/week onsite in our San Francisco office required.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...



  • Design and lead seasonal and monthly creative for emails, social and digital marketing ads
  • Design and maintain daily emails and socials marketing assets
  • Support Creative Manager to spearhead and craft solutions for new designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to help strategize, optimize and design for business needs
  • Work with cross-functional design teams to ensure emails, social and digital ads align with the brand identity and voice
  • Performance manage designers, delivering continual coaching and feedback
  • Color correct or alter photos files in Photoshop as needed
  • Manage and support coding of emails
  • Coordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites and emails
  • Manage workflow to meet business and creative deadlines

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
  • You have a demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition
  • Extremely proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • 4+ years of digital design experience



Technical Competencies required:



  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects
  • Understanding of project management tools
  • Social platforms
  • SLACK and Teams usage
  • Basic HTML coding

The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
