The Senior Financial Analyst will be a trusted business advisor for the North America (NA) Wound & Skin Care (WSC) Team. This role is responsible for forecasting, reporting and delivering strong financial analytics to business leadership.

Major Areas of Accountability
|
- Monthly performance analytics by key products, customers, channels and regions
- Prepare monthly P&L and cost analyses
- Participate in WSC North America performance reviews with management
- Prepare monthly cost reports and liaise with commercial stakeholders to understand deviations versus forecasts
- Prepare rolling forecasts on a quarterly basis and liaise with relevant commercial stakeholders
- Assist with the annual business planning (ABP) process with particular focus on financials and P&L
- Participate in monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the global WSC organization
- Prepare monthly P&L for US WSC and be able to answer questions relating to revenue and costs
- Track performance versus targets in investment cases relating to US WSC
- Complete volume forecast for key product focus areas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare various financial/performance presentations for North America sales organization
- Monthly and quarterly business reviews at the global level
- Owning the overall commission process for North America WSC including setting strategy, updating document and paying out monthly payments based on published commission documents
- Managing the ranking and reward process for North America WSC
- Volume forecasting
- Rolling forecasts

Basic Qualifications
|
- BA in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in visual analytics (Power Bi, Tableau)
- Ability to travel, including international, less than 5%
|
Preferred Qualifications
|
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), finance or accounting; or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Cognos Controller and Cognos ReportNet are preferred
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- Relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFM)
