Job Description Explore with us! Terracon's team of innovators and explorers are looking for a Construction Materials and Special Inspections Project Manager to join our team in Portland, OR. This position provides the opportunities to work on high profile vertical high-rise, renewable energy, large commercial, large data center and infrastructure construction projects. As Construction Materials and Special Inspection Project Manager you will manage all aspects of a Construction Materials and Inspection project to ensure that it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. The individual will be responsible for completing the project as per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Will have responsibilities to communicate with the client and deliver work products to satisfaction of client. Supervise employees including staff training, development, and performance review.
