We are seeking an Administrator- Contracts for our operations near Brookwood, Alabama. About the Role: Under the direct supervision of the Director, Logistics & Contract Administration, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's sales, marketing and transportation contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. This role will work to facilitate the flow of information and prevent contractual discrepancies while working with the sales and marketing team to meet department objectives, and ensure our customers receive world class service and support in their dealings with Warrior Met Coal. Responsibilities:
- Communicates directly with our customers to address their needs & requests, directly solving problems when possible or ensuring they are escalated to the right level when other Warrior employees are needed
- Initiates and obtains pricing approval from our customers
- Coordinates the development of sales contracts & amendments directly with our customers, by working closely with Warrior's Sales, Finance and Legal teams. Ensures they are duly executed by both parties
- Responsible for maintaining all active and expired contracts in a central database.
- Responsible for managing contract performance and tracking their respective KPI's
- Assists in developing proposals and bids, and communicating them to our customers
- Provide support to the sales and marketing team in developing marketing materials that are presented during customer visits and meetings
- Prepares supporting material for the monthly business reviews
- Reporting - Collaborate with internal and external auditors monthly/quarterly/annually to ensure the Sales & Marketing department complies with key internal controls as dictated by Sarbanes Oxley.
- Provide documentation of Marketing & Logistics processes and procedures to internal and external auditors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Other duties as assigned by the department head, e.g., special projects and various reporting tasks
Who You are:
- Minimum +5 years experience in managing contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Excellent communication skills to enhance interaction with international customers, diverse cultures as well as internal customers.
- Advanced skills in using the Microsoft suite of applications.
- Proactive and able to handle several priorities at the same time
- Personal and professional characteristics that reflect Warrior Met's Core Values.
- This role must be able to effectively work on several different projects at one time.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and/or stoop for office equipment or materials.
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs/steps and climb on and off equipment and ladders.
- Must be able to do repetitive hand and wrist motions (push, pull, twist, handle), and have quick reflex movements of the arms and legs as well as good hand to eye coordination.
- Must be able to lift office materials up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to wear the required protective footwear, hearing and eye protection, and other personal protective equipment as required by Company and MSHA.
