Great Hill is seeking a Business Analystto support our Department of Defense (DoD) client at Camp Smith in Halawa, HI. The objective of this work is to support the development, evaluation, and DoD-level testing of theater sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) enabling Combatant Commands (COCOM) to visualize, understand, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment efforts. The ideal candidate for this highly rewarding role will serve as a critical liaison between government and military stakeholders and the technical testing team. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that requirements and objectives for sustainment support are clearly defined and effectively integrated into the testing plan. This role focuses on enabling COCOMs to visualize, comprehend, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment operations. Key duties include analyzing TTPs, leveraging test results to identify areas for improvement, and developing innovative TTPs. The candidate will also facilitate stakeholder engagement to secure input and approval for final recommendations. Basic Qualifications: Experienced in developing high level requirements for software development and acquisition, with a focus on business requirements and functional requirements, or epic and user story development. Experienced in acquisition documentation including statements of need, software initial capabilities document, requirements road map, requirements traceability matrix, performance objectives and standards, risk analysis, independent government cost estimate, and stakeholder consensus. Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence software tools Requires 4 to 10 years of experience in business analysis. Active Secret security clearance. Desired Skills: Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing. Experience using Qlik software to develop data visualization and executive dashboards. PMP and/or Agile certification and/or experience.
