Great Hill is seeking a Lead Operations Research/Systems AnalystatCamp H. Smith in Halawa, HI. The objective of this work is to support the evaluation and development of practices and procedures with data related management to support Combatant Commands in determining real time, mission critical decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing, testing, and evaluating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) comprised of JSN (Joint Sustainment Network) procedures, data architecture, and decision processes that will enable Combatant Commands to see, understand, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment operations.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Expertise in developing appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis approach for testing, with thorough understanding of analysis techniques.
  • Experience leading test team development of problem decomposition, issue identification, operational measures, test design, data collection, and data evaluation methods.
  • Experience developing and administering surveys and subsequent analysis of survey responses.
  • Requires 9 to 12 years of experience in operational testing and analysis.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance


Desired Skills:



  • Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing.
