Fund Formation Associate

Experienced Fund Formation Associate needed in a busy and growing practice based in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of fund formation experience with private fund managers. Experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials is required. This position is ideal for an individual that wants to work in a busy group, is a self-starter and seeks direct client contact. Admittance to the Illinois Bar is preferred.
