Seneca Global Services, LLCis seeking a Program Manager in El Segundo, CA. The Program Manager will lead our customer team. In this role you will analyze and track contract performance metrics; track deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable for completion; help develop, implement, and track contract task and programs to improve contract performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation
  • Develop resourcing strategies to ensure optimum support for projects and for the day-to-day operational activities
  • Review program budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution process
  • Develop and maintain operational reports for programs
  • Gather and analyze data trends; provide actionable insights to programs and stakeholders to improve performance
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
  • Support and coach other staff about programs, while providing technical expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of program, projects, and initiatives
  • Lead and drive internal prep meetings in preparation for external meetings with provider groups
  • Prepare materials for both internal and external provider meetings
  • Summarize key meeting notes and document action items; distribute them to stakeholders
  • Other duties assigned


Basic Qualifications:



  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in Quality and/or Risk Adjustment programs
  • Previous project or program management experience required
  • Data analytical skills and experience required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Active Secret clearance
