SUMMARY The Warehouse Operator at Boulevard Brewing Company is primarily responsible for building and loading shipments to our Distributor partners. This role involves loading and unloading shipments of both finished products from our Kansas City brewery and inbound raw materials for our brewing and production departments. The Warehouse team works together to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all materials, contributing to the smooth operation of our iconic brewery. Key responsibilities include: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assists all packaging/warehouse personnel in accordance with departmental duties and policies to ensure the safety of all employees and the quality of company products by performing the following duties. Prepare and load shipments for distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Unload incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products, verifying quantities and quality. Maintain accurate inventory by accurately pulling orders to meet order specifications and assist in regular stock checks. Regular operate a handheld scanner and work with other computer equipment Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Work with other team members to optimize warehouse operations and support production needs. Ensure company safety policies are being followed Make sure the warehouse is cleaned and maintained so all duties can be performed in a safe manor Embrace the Duvel Moortgat values: Passion, Quality, Sustainability, & Integrity KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Organizational skills Forklift Certified Ability to continuously lift 40 lbs.
