As our Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be the go-to resource for corporate clients, helping businesses book everything from guest rooms and meeting spaces to full-scale events. You'll represent our hotel with professionalism, creativity, and a relentless focus on delivering value and results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive revenue in corporate segments by securing LNRs, group business, and meeting room sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
- Initiate strategic outreach efforts and deliver persuasive presentations
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and event space with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure client satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and high-touch service
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to adapt sales strategy
- Represent the hotel at networking events, industry gatherings, and community functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events and guest experiences
- Track sales activity, manage pipelines, and report on business trends
What We're Looking For:
- A personable, outgoing professional with a strong ability to build lasting relationships
- Proven sales experience-hotel, corporate, or B2B sales preferred
- Skilled in negotiation and pricing discussions with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organizational skills
- Ability to creatively market the hotel through outreach and networking
- Experience in corporate sales, meetings, and event planning is a plus

- Competitive base salary of $50,000 plus quarterly bonus potential
