Overview Assist in the development and execution of the accounting policy function and ensure alignment with Navy Federal's overall goals, strategies, mission and vision. Work directly with the Manager of Accounting Policy, leadership in Finance, and stakeholders across the enterprise to:(a) Produce the appropriate accounting assessments and recommendations associated with business initiatives related to products, services, and transactions(b) Monitor and communicate emerging or changing accounting and regulatory standards(c) Assist in representing Navy Federal externally on accounting related matters(d) Develop and maintain an accounting policy handbook for broad consumption.
