Energy and Infrastructure Transactions Associate

Winston & Strawn's New York office is looking for a mid-level associate who has experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors (particularly power generation and transmission) in connection with acquisitions and depositions of projects and portfolios, financings, particularly institutional debt private placements, and equity investments. Experience should include performing and supervising due diligence, drafting of principal and ancillary agreements, coordinating with specialists (tax, environmental, real estate, regulatory, etc.) and managing closings. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills, and should be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment working closely with other lawyers (both partners and associates) and clients. All candidates should be admitted to the New York Bar. Energy has been identified by the firm as one of five strategic sectors for focus and growth as demonstrated by recent additions in the New York and other offices.
