Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, CSU Long Beach, is recruiting an Associate Director, Veteran Services to join their team onsite in Long Beach, California. As the Associate Director of Veteran Services, you'll be instrumental in enhancing the lives of our military-connected students while building programs that make a lasting difference. About the role: The Associate Director, Veteran Services provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team dedicated to supporting military-affiliated students. This position oversees campus-wide Veterans Services that are equitable, inclusive, and culturally responsive. From advising individual students to designing innovative initiatives, you'll play a critical role in ensuring military-connected students feel supported and valued. You'll also act as the university's expert on veteran educational benefits, guiding students and the campus community on policies and procedures while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. What you will be doing: Lead, train, and mentor professional and student staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
