About the Role:

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a Business Process Analyst.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:



  • Coordinate OUSD(A&S) activities in support of the Department's Program and Budget


Reviews, which include the internal A&S schedule to ensure Issue Papers are drafted,

coordinated, and reviewed with A&S Leadership and submitted in accordance with the CAPE.



  • Review Issue Papers in the CAPE Issue Nomination Software Program to ensure they meet the criteria for acceptance.
  • Coordinate OUSD (A&S) activities in support of the annual Office of Management and


Budget (OMB) Passback by coordinating with the affected offices and Defense Agencies and obtaining approval to ensure OSD (Comptroller) timelines are met.



  • Coordinate OUSD(A&S) support for the 3-Star Programmer's and Deputy's Management Action Group to include distributing Read Ahead (RAH) slides to subject matter experts and preparing RAH binders for A&S Principals.
  • Coordinate weekly reports as required to include those provided to the DSD front office by tasking offices for inputs, consolidating inputs and preparing drafts for the A&S Chief of Staff.
  • Serve as A&S primary lead for coordination and consolidation of the Annual Statement of Assurance that is approved by the A&S Chief of Staff prior to submittal to the CMO.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.


Experience Requirements:



  • Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
  • Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity,flexibility, and confidence.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.


Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Other Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.


Security Clearance Requirements:



  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance.


US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
