Description
POSITION: Therapist I/II- School Based Services (Family Resiliency Initiative)

DEPARTMENT: Outpatient Therapy (Gillis Campus)

Starting Salary: $50,000- $55,000 (Annually)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

$2,500 Sign-on/Retention Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Therapist I - School Based Services reports to the Clinical Manager of School Based services and will be part of a collaborative, supportive, close-knit team to support children, individuals and families from ages children 3 and up, in home, in Jackson County and surrounding areas. Will provide Professional therapy services including individual, group, family, and wrap-around case management support through Solution Based Casework, in addition to crisis management as needed for ages three years old through adult. This position will support general outpatient referrals as well as support our partnerships with local schools including Headstart preschool students and families as well as provide support to schools and classrooms. Services will be primarily focused in home, in school and, in community within office and virtual available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients' homes and schools. Clinical supervision is included for those who are in need of it.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or as a licensed professional counselor and able to apply for professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, PLPC, LMFT). Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

BONUS: $2,500 ($1,250.00 Sign-on Bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1,250.00 Retention Bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)
