Responsibilities

As a Capability Integration SME you will support the government lead in executing primarily in Phase Management and Capability Integration tasks but will also include Development of Policy & Authorities, Stakeholder Outreach and Engagement, Project Management, Oversight and Reporting and Program Documentation.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Manage and track material services providers' products against program objectives
  • Be responsible for establishing roles and missions for each entity within the project and delineating relationships among them
  • Support establishing standard business rules and TTPs and optimizing performance
  • Manage, execute, and improve the process to produce scalable, repeatable results based on the methodology created by the program
  • Identify and assemble collection and analysis databases, tools, and expertise in support of the program. This includes consolidating, coordinating, and integrating DoD-wide organizational capabilities, and deconflicting between commercial and government resources
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate the integration of operational capabilities development with strategic plans and policy, while maintaining awareness of existing and developing strategies, plans, policies, and the U.S. Code that otherwise impact the project's stated goals and objectives
  • Develop and conduct outreach and engagement support to enable program interface and integration with mission partners. Organizations include federal agencies and departments inside and outside of DoD, including the intelligence community, defense intelligence enterprise, allies, and partner nations
  • Provide direct support to business operations by maintaining financial databases, spending plans, and other fiscal duties and responsibilities of the program.
  • Provide direct support to business operations by ensuring legislative compliance and oversight requirements are met. Responsible for capability evaluations and information repositories
  • Support in the development of all necessary acquisition and statutory required documents in support of project maturation and transition

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years' experience and formal training in IC all-source intelligence analysis (preferably including experience such as: ODNI Mission Integration Directorate supporting the National Intelligence Council or PDB Staff)
  • Intelligence experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic level, supporting units through regional HQs and strategic decision makers
  • Understand all-source IC tools and processes
  • Have IC experience encompassing civilian/military roles
  • IC agencies/military CCMDs and/or Joint Staff experience

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a national security-, geopolitical-, or international-related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a Degree is required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidate will need to have a US TS SCI security clearance
