Seneca Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner with global mobility experience to be a part of our growing HR team. Seneca Holdings is looking for a candidate who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and collaborate across the organization. The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is the main point of contact for employees and managers at Seneca Holdings and its subsidiaries. This position will leverage their deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR colleagues to translate business priorities into high-impact HR programs. The HRBP will be the link from the HR team to employees, driving a high-performing organization and culture through the application of HR-driven strategy and services. This position plays a key role in defining and managing the Global Mobility activities for the organization. As the primary contact for global mobility, this role provides strategic and operational support for the relocation and assignment needs of the company's international workforce.
