Position Summary: This position helps to fulfill the mission of Eskaton by managing a multi-service campus consisting of 24 memory care and 72 assisted living apartments, with additional shared common space. The Executive Director will also provide oversight for the entire gated campus (50 acres) to include maintenance of the campus infrastructure and community communities such as the community fitness center. The Executive Director will work closely with the owners of the 286 cottages on campus, be thoroughly aware of the Homeowners Association (HOA) requirements and may serve as a member of the HOA Board of Directors. The Executive Director reports directly to the Senior Executive Director of Operations. The starting salary for this position ranges from $102,900 to $144,180 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: Must possess a current California RCFE license. All Executive Directors shall be required to complete at least 20 clock hours of continuing education per year in areas related to aging and/or administration. The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
