Description
POSITION: Director of Education

DEPARTMENT: Education (Ozanam Campus)

Starting Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (Annually)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will oversee and ensure the high quality, impactful, efficient delivery of services to communities in accordance with strategic priorities, mission, vision, values, policies and regulations. Oversees day treatment program, including the implementation and fidelity to various evidence based/informed practices models. Develops and motivates a team of adaptive and dynamic teachers to ensure delivery of high quality programs and services. Actively participates in the Leadership Team and other meetings, annual business and annual budget planning processes and other planning forums. Develops and maintains positive collaborative working relationships with all personnel, students, private and public school districts, key community partners and any other interested parties Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and licensing or accreditation requirements. Demonstrates strong financial acumen in the analysis and review of budgetary documents. Demonstrates leadership in embracing and embedding Sanctuary throughout the school setting and within the communities we serve, including creating a positive collaborative culture across his/her teams and with other teams/departments. In partnership with others, the Director contributes to strategies in efforts to maximize the talents of our current and future workforce to ensure best-of-class service delivery in all communities we serve. Understands cultural and diversity differences within communities and within our organization and develops new or expands existing services that are inclusive and responsive to these differences. Leads team members in cultivating and imagining ways to use technology to create greater access to highly integrated care and greater efficiencies in operations & service delivery for team members. Fosters and promotes positive collaboration between his/her team and leaders with other teams and leaders in the organization and navigates differences and competition in support of the greater good of the organization. Demonstrates a high degree of communication with districts, parents, community and Cornerstones of Care personnel. Ensures a strong understanding and implementation of all organizational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's Degree in Administration and Administrator certification (Or something specific to an Education Related Field: Principal, Special Education, Career Education, Superintendent). A Master's Degree in School Administration is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a building or district level administrator at a public or accredited non-public school. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
