Description: Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Lead Radiant Logic IAM Engineer to work on a 12-month contract position in Charlotte, NC with perm conversion available. This position requires a hybrid schedule with two days onsite weekly.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities: * Work as a Technical Lead to Install, configure, and deploy Radiant Logic systems, including migrating code and data and automating system integration. * Participate in system development, including design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of ICAM solutions. * Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to support User Life-Cycle Management. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex technical solutions. * Provide secure access to applications, systems, and data using advanced authentication methods. * Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Experience Requirements: * Previous experience as a Technical Lead on a Radiant Logic project with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Directory Services, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) and Federated Identity Management (FIM). * 7+ years' experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Linux/Windows servers, as well as database and application servers. * Familiarity with Virtual Machines, Containers, and F5 Load Balancing. * Knowledge of coding languages such as Java and JavaScript is a plus. * Experience in DevOps pipeline development preferred.
